These Kaleidoscopes are very popular at art fairs. When the wand is held vertically, it produces a moving kaleidoscopic image that many of my customers compare to fireworks.
Wandscope fans will find these scopes particularly interesting because the wands contain two separate oil chambers with contrasting glitter coiled around each other.
I make the bodies of these kaleidoscopes with coiled polymer clay, just like my vases. The three-mirror system inside features front-surface mirrors for optimal image quality. The wands and end-caps are manufactured acrylic.
